BI crashing during playback only on one camera

Hi Everyone,

For some reason if I try and play back any video on my new Foscam 9900 BI crashes. I have 5 others camera's different models and they all work perfectly. I have tried many different changes but I cannot get it to work.

Anyone have any ideas? I can watch it live just cannot playback anything.
