BI mini ptz programming ?

When adding a Dahua mini ptz to BI, can you have the camera record 24/7, but have a trigger box drawn so that if someone or something enters the box, the mini ptz will go to that area and focus on the trigger or can you only do one or the other?
 
So what model ptz did you end up using? I need something small for a soffit.
 
Ahhh okay. Dahua has the new. version of this. It's the 22204TNI. It's starlight but still no ir. How do you like it and do you have any video at night? Where I want to place this I have a porch light and my right side driveway light.
 
Shouldn't be too bad with the porch light and this camera. I bought it for my wife's turtle pond so night time wasnt a big issue for me. I also have a SD52C225U-HNI on the front of my house that I'm really happy with and has really good low light video
 
Got the new 22204TNI yesterday and got it mounted. Gonna test out different preset zones today. Thanks again for the video.
