BI no longer recording continuous video after latest update?

title says it all.. I have 8 cameras that are triggered by motion. Three of these cameras are also recording continuously (i.e. I have two cameras set up for each of these three). After update, the continuous cameras no longer record. I've tried deleting and reinstalling them, triggerring set to on, off, and of course recording set to continuous.
Am I missing something?
Cpu usage is pretty high (80%), so something is going on (and yes, I've gone through the cpu usage checklist-- write to disk, ha on and confirmed through gpu-z that it's on, etc).

Any thoughts?
