If I use a firewall to block all incoming TCP connections from the internet except for VPN, my Push Notifications to iOS do not show an image, and the Push Notifications are delayed by up to a minute.
If I remove my firewall and allow BI to listen straight to the internet, exposing my network to everyone, then my Push Notifications work properly with image attached and without the aforementioned delay.
Surely we aren't forced to open the BI webserver to the entire internet just to get push notifications with images?
I've emailed BI support but haven't gotten a clear answer.
