BI on a R330

I was recently tasked with setting up a BI server on a R330...and I discovered that there appears to be no way of using QuickSync on it. Dell claims that the onboard graphics are completely disabled with no way to use them.

1. Is there some undocumented means of enabling it like there is with some supermicro boards?

2. Is there any hardware that I can add in to offload the encoding in place of the integrated GPU?
