BI record local and the last X days on NAS

Hi,

I have a BI machine that continuously records on a local HDD. I would like to have also a backup on a Synology NAS that I have spare.
Anyone have done a similar setup to guide me through?

I searched on the forum but I couldnt find anything for backup. Only NAS as a main repository.

I have a real time backup of about 75% of my cameras to a network drive.
1)Create an AUX1 storage location on the NAS, making sure that it has the correct credential to what read/write access my the BI SERVICE.
2) create clone cameras with no motion processing and have them write to the AUX1 location
