Hi IPCT!
I've migrated to BI from iSpy only recently and realised that I've been missing out for a while!
Over the past few days I've managed to configure BI with no issues and it's working great, much more stable and CPU friendly than iSpy, however I can't for the life of me get the remote access working.
My hardware configuration is currently a Windows 10 PC with two NICs, one ethernet connected to the camera network router (internal IP: 10.1.2.X) and one Wi-Fi connected to the WAN network router (internal IP: 10.1.1.X).
I've port forwarded on my router and entered this into the BI console (router is configured as Port 211 WAN and 211 LAN side for forwarding, so port 211 has been entered into BI as the web server port). When I go through the Wizard, I get as far as the "listening" stage, where I then get a 12002 error code.
Any advice/ help with this issue would be much appreciated!
