BI won't connect to Zmodo ZMD-ISV-BFS23NM

Hi all...
I recently acquired BI - have successfully connected several newer Zmodo 720P cameras. But I have several older cameras - ZMD-ISV-BFS23NM. Depending on camera configuration, I either get "no signal" or refused connection. Any suggestions on how to connect these older cameras?
