Hi I have BI 4.8.6.3 x64
it has been working great with my IPC-HDW5231R-Z cameras.
I just purchased the IPC-T3241T-ZAS and I can not zoom in BI
I can zoom with IE just not with BI.

so i am wondering what to check in BI?
PTZ/Control is set to Network IP ONVIF (OXML)

You might try this...

ptz preset not working

hello everybody i have troubles with ptz preset for 2 cameras with blue iris: Jidetech waterproof 5mp dome wifi camera with 20x zoom H265 foscam FI9828W even if I set it in ptz panel, when I call each preset it doesn't work I have tried many times but no way with other ip cams I don't have...

I also noticed that at night the new IPC-T3241T-ZAS cam is darker then all my other IPC-HDW5231R-Z cams?
I tried to adjust but still darker. not sure why?
 
Yes I read that and played with the settings... made it lighter, still not like the PC-HDW5231R-Z , guess i will have to live with it.
 
Not sure how to get the time day text clear?

By "clear" do you mean not to display? If so, then in my firmware for another Dahua cam:

Setup > Video > Overlay > Time Title > Disable.
