BIT 1.1.7 significant problem

All,
I ran this update today, or rather I attempted to. The update failed with a folder permission error. I have attached the screenshot. More worrisome, it failed and didn't fully roll back, so BIT shortcuts no longer work, etc. I am logged in as a full local admin.

Manually unzip the bit-update.zip file in your BIT folder.

No joy. Screen shot attached showing new error when I attempt a manual extract of the zip file.

are you logged into your pc as an admin user?
