Black screen

Dear all,
I have a surveillance system made from 3 HDCVI bullet de exterior and one interior dome, 4 cameras with 2 UTP cables. Although I recently change with new the dome camera, I have the same problem. Black screen regardless of the time of day, but I think night is beginning to fall. I don’t know if it is video or power supply problem.
After watching the video, what do you think?

I scanned it with Norton, said OK, it unzipped to a .wmv file which plays but won't post or attach here but it was safe.

Come on! I could not attached the .wmv file and i made a zip one. Do you think if i am from Romania I am a hacker???
I realy have a problem.......

No offense, but it wouldn't matter to me if you were from my own town, I dont download unknown zip files, but you do understand your country has a history..
