Blue Iris 5 Updates

Good Evening all,

First update for BI5 and I'm getting runtime errors (from the updater itself) despite having 2015-2019 runtime installed. (Bi5 Runs just fine)

the typical vcruntime140.dll and mfc140u.dll it say are missing.

I tried reinstalling 2015-2019 VCruntime distrib, but no joy. Thoughts?

Solved!!!!

Thanks Ranger "To fix the problem, I had to install the x86: vc_redist.x86.exe to update the software even though I have a x64 operating system."

Same issue and solution fixed this as well.

Thanks aihngeltech! I sent an email to support earlier about this and hadn't heard back yet. Anyone else's mobile app (IOS for me) not working after the upgrade? Troubleshooting that now...

Make sure your webserver path is updated to the BI5 www folder and not your BI4 folder that was imported from your settings.

Actually it was my bad - after the reboot my DDNS software just didn't update and had to manually run it. All good for now
