Blue Iris AI Status window always empty

I'm trying to figure out why the AI Status window is always empty, even though AI is running and working properly aside from this. The only thing I can think of would be a permissions issue since BI is running as a service.

Has anyone else run into this?

The lower left corner shows the current running number of AI analyses that have happened since restarting BI last, as well as average processing time. Otherwise, in order to get a "filled-in" page here, you need to Ctrl.-click on an Alert, this will open the page with the full stats on that particular motion event.
