Blue Iris alert still sounds alarm after cam deleted

Hi, much appreciated if someone could tell me how to stop a cam sound alarm trigger that is still sounding even after the camera was deleted. (Deleted and "Show hidden camera's" is enabled, no other cams show their either and each cam has it's own specific sound)


Any suggestions appreciated.

Most likely you are mistaken about what is causing the sound. For example a user logging in to the web server causes a sound to be played unless you disabled the sound for that user.

Thanks bp for the reply. I'm sure it is the camera alert and it is a definite sound that still remains after rebooting and downloading update.

Will later try to re add the camera and see if that solves it.

Any idea how to make it cease is appreciated.

Fixed, restoring all sounds to default and successfully added all my cams back. No more alert!
