Just updated to v5 from v4. In v4 I would get an email that showed a snapshot of all 6 cameras and info once an hour. With v5 I only get the info. No snapshots. This is different than an email when a camera is triggered. That still works.

This is the info:

The snapshots would have been here.

I can't seem to find the setting that will show the snapshot as v4 used to do. Any idea of how to get the snapshots back? I relied on them to take a quick look to see if anything needed further looking in to.

Check out "Status Messages, Logs and Alerts" beginning on page 164 of BI's built-in "Help".
You'll likely need to configure something in "Action Set".

Thank you TonyR. I'm not sure what I did, but you pointed me to the right location to fix it. It works now.

Hello, can I ask how you managed to get the snapshots back?

I honestly can't answer your question. I'm not sure. I messed with all the settings on the log alert screen but put everything back to defualt and it started working.
