Blue Iris Android App Live Feed

I've recently (in the last month) started having issues with the live feed on my cameras on the Blue Iris Android App(Yes, it's the official BI app) every time I select a camera to view, I get 1 second of live feed then it freezes and will not play no matter how long I let it sit. I can watch recordings fine. Nothing has changed hardware or setting wise and the timing doesn't appear to coincide with a software update. I've had this setup running smoothly for 2years or so and this issue just started. PC is a Windows 10 Pro machine. Phone is a Note 5. BI software is up to date on phone and pc. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, restarted server. Any ideas?
