Hello everyone,

I am using Blue Iris on two Proxmox PVE machines running Windows 10. I have purchased a license for both Blue Iris instances, but the blue text "Blue Iris Evaluation Version" permanently appears on the camera feeds.
How can I remove this permanently? When I deactivate and reactivate the license, the text disappears for a few minutes but quickly reappears.

Thank you and kind regards from germany,

Do you have a current maintenance key? From @Tinman :

Yep sounds like you do not have a current maintenance plan and are trying to run a version newer than the update you paid for.

Either update to a current plan or roll-back BI to a version prior to when your purchase license expired. You can find that date on the main BI page and then go to this site to find a version older than that.

Nice house!

Curious as to why you have 2 machines running BI?

Guessing they are on the same subnet? You might have to put one machine on another subnet?

If you have current/valid licenses then email BI tech support.

Hi,

Thank you all very much, first of all.

I will check this out. I found a registry entry that can be adjusted, which prevents the text from being displayed.

However, I would need to set it cyclically, as it keeps getting overwritten. I will follow the other tips in the new year. Thank you for the compliments regarding this lovely or nice house. I wish you all the best for 2025.

PS:
I have two Blue Iris instances and licenses: one at home and one in my warehouse. Unfortunately, the upstream in the warehouse isn’t high enough for the cameras to stream directly to my home.
