After reviewing my router logs I found my Blue Iris PC, former gaming PC, was connecting on port 8888 all over the world ... no idea what this is from as I thought I'd used Windows firewall to block everything. Needless to say, I blocked the BI PC from all outbound traffic besides through VPN, port 123 for time server, and 465 for gmail notifications.

That said, my gmail notifications are working fine but the Blue Iris push notifications to the iPhone are no longer working. I've reviewed the logs but am not sure whether one of the port 80 blocked connections are push notifications and would prefer to open ports only to specific IP's. Can anybody advise what needs to be open for these to come through or should I just rely on MMS/Email?

It appears for Apple devices you need to open tcp port 2195. Android devices need tcp 443.
