Well probably a stupid question but can I run Blue Iris server on an android tablet, and run from it and store video on it (or cloud?) instead of a PC? Would like to use Blue Iris for management, motion alerts, etc. but both computers in the house are laptops that come with us daily to work. There is a spare android tablet here though if I can use that for Blue Iris?

This is not a stupid question...but is is the gazillionth "Blue Iris Requirements" topic; you would do well to use Search and do a little reading before asking this. Blue Iris needs a PC to run, and preferably a PC with a late model i5 or i7 processor to run well. You will, most likely, be disappointed with anything less.
