Blue Iris said it expired on 2/4/2024

I rebooted my machine today and when I launched the UI it said my key was expired as of 2/4/2024, I've been paying for support every April. I checked Paypal and I can see that I paid 4/2023.
Anyone else having a problem?
 
I looked up the email from when I renewed and plugged the code in. Now it expires in April. Do you have to plug a new key in every renewal? I don't remember.
 
That is weird, maybe the license database glitched and sent the wrong expiration date to your Blue Iris server once or something.... I can't imagine why entering a support key would only increase the support duration by two months. As far as I know all support licenses are supposed to add +12 months from the current date or from the date of future expiration, whichever is later.
