Blue Iris Snapshot URLs

Does anyone know how I can get a snapshot from my 10 cameras to use on my wall mounted tablet? I don't want to keep the Blue Iris app on 24/7 becuase I use a different smart home software.

I could use the link below but it seems to increase my CPU usage by 20% for some reason when I use it.

Have you thought about just using the blue iris Web interface?

Alternatively have Blue Iris push JPGs to a web server, and write a very simple webpage which embeds those JPGs and refreshes periodically
