I have 12 Cams in service 6 of which are thermals. With only 640x480 res. Yet they all randomly will go offline saying socket error mostly, sometimes Bandwidth errors. If I repower them completely they will often reboot fine. Rebooting from Blue Iris normally doest fix, they need to be deenergized and rebooted. But it is maddening that they go offline when only 640res. All my big 4K PTZ never have issues. And these thermals are top of the line FLIR. Any ideas to remedy this would be appreciated. Info to note, the thermals are all on different switches and power sources etc. So its not a cable or power issue. When blue iris says no signal they all load and function fine via the Web GUI

Are you able to view the RTSP stream in any other software (like VLC media player) while Blue Iris is unable to load the video? It sounds like their RTSP streaming server is bugging out. See if FLIR has a firmware update for the cameras.
