Blue Iris Software Purchase but Key never issued?

I can't find an email or anything that calls out my Blue Iris key after ordering through this site. It's been over two weeks (feb 16th purchase) and in the store section my order still says processing and I have no serial number. I received my other items from the order. I have used the contact button multiple times but no response.

I have done the "key retrieval button" which just brings me back to the order that says processing. What should I do?

That’s really frustrating! Since it’s been over two weeks with no response, check your spam/junk folder just in case. If nothing’s there, try reaching out directly through their support email or social media. If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, you might also consider disputing the charge if they remain unresponsive. Hope you get it sorted soon! Do I report as fraud with paypal and my credit card or is it really normal for 4 weeks wait period to get a software key? Terrible way to start off with what seems like a great site/forum.
 
Four weeks is a bit on the excessive side. Normally, these transactions take a day or less.

Check with the credit card firm and with PayPal and see if you can stop payment. Another option would be to contact Jennifer and see if she can be of assistance.

Had a similar issue with payment made to Digital River with no renewal key being sent. Provided proof of payment and the BI folks extended the key to cover the payment period. Jennifer took care of the issue.
