I am running 5.4.4.7 and I don't see a "Triggered +Continuous" in the video option of Recordings. I do see "Continuous + Alerts". What am I missing?

You are not missing anything - I just checked and it changed again. It has been bouncing back and forth between +continuous and +Alerts.
