Blue Iris Web shows split screen for alerts clips

When I login to to the blue Iris Web client, I see that some cameras show a split screen or a fisheye effect in the Alerts or the Clips tabs for some of my cameras.

They are not fisheye cameras nor do the live view or exported files show these defects.

I've uploaded some screenshots:

BIWeb-IssuePreview.png - shows the preview before the clip plays, looks normal.

BIWeb-IssueClipPlaying.png - shows the alert playing in a split screen weird effect.

BIWeb-IssueExport.png - shows the export clip as exported properly.

Not all cameras are affected and there are 3 of 9 cameras doing this. 2 are the same brand and one is another brand. All cameras are PoE but on different switches.

Has anyone seen this before?

Go to "camera properties", "video", insure "360" is set to "no".
