Blue Iris Webcast on motion detection

Hi All

I am an installer and not as great on the tech side

I am wondering if it is possible to have Blue Iris webcast live streams on motion detection? and if not is there any software that does this?

It is my understanding that Blue Iris has the ability to stream video via windows media codec or flash live
Just hoping to ascertain wether this is constant, or achieved when triggered by motion
