Blue Iris Widget for Android

I've never used the BI Android app widget before, so out of curiosity I decided to test it on some Android devices. Pixel 2XL and Moto Z Play both show a blank widget, no loading symbol, just a black rectangle. It works fine on a Samsung Tab S5E tablet. The app works fine otherwise on all the devices. Odd....

I doubt it is that IP Cam viewer works just fine for widgets. I just really wanna try BI's. I can check my settings when I get home

No, works fine for me on three different phones. Did you follow the proper procedure to setup your phone for alerts in the BI help file.
