Blue Iris won't play back AVI files

Lately, if I export a video clip to AVI or MP4, Blue Iris will not play it back; it just hangs. I can play them back using other programs, so I know the files are OK. Weird thing is, this used to work, and in fact, older clips that I exported (AVI or MP4) WILL still play back through Blue Iris. The last "good" clip I have is from January of this year. Any ideas?

Install k-lite codecs. This fixes most local playback issues. Ninite K-Lite Codecs Unattended Silent Installer and Updater

Sorry, I forgot to mention I already did that. Are there certain settings in K-Lite codecs that I should tweak?

That is the only suggestion I had, too.
