BlueIris not moving clips to NAS

I have a setup where 100GB limit is set on the New folder and Stored is set to move to my Synology NAS.
The problem is the clips show that they are moving in the status windows (with a yellow exclamation), but do not actually move.

I've already set the BI service to run as a user that is identically created on the NAS. I can manually copy the clips to the NAS share, so the permissions are good.
What is preventing the clips from moving?

That was the first thing I did for my customer after reading that post a few days ago. Created the user account on the Synology with the same password, set the BI service to run as that user, no dice.
Evidently, on my setup, I have my BI service running as Local System and Guest account enabled on the NAS, it archives perfectly.
