blur problem in day and night with camera GW5085MIP

Hello, I am writing to you because I recently bought a model of your camera system and after installing them in one of them I have presented occasional blur problems the same day and night. The model of cameras is GW5085MIP. How could I fix this problem?
I show you the photo of what happens to one of the cameras every so often, the same thing happens day and night.

That looks like a spider or moth or large insect has settled on the camera lens.
Maybe if you look at the video playback you can see what caused the problem when it appears.

It happens mostly when infrared is activated, when I have to go to the camera settings and adjust the lens or iris and refocuses perfectly.

OK - I did not know this was a motorised varifocal camera.
The model number does not give any specifications.
