All of that really comes down to where you live and (IF) Castle Law / Stand Your Ground rules apply.

Lots of places use proportional response vs hide and flee. Having lived in some of worst places in North America during my travels.

I admit the philosophy of better to be judged by 12. Than carried out by six makes a lot more sense in this insane world!

Both insurance companies paid out the uninsured claims to both parties. Who ever said Public Shaming doesn't work?!?
