So, I bit the bullet (haha) and took a Dremel to my 12mm Hik 2032 in order to fit a 25mm lens.
Had to hack off some of the standoffs as illustrated in the middle/second image here:

Unfortunately, i didn't take off quite enuf and cracked the ring-shaped glass on the front of the housing in various
places tightening it up...
The cam works fine tho, so I'll use it for now, but wondering where i might find a replacement for the front housing?
Any place one can order spare parts for these things? Or, anyone got a dead Hik 2032 bullet they'd care to part with cheap?

I'll be using this cam to grab license plates as cars drive by. Also got a Huisun 2MP 10x PTZ to get them coming/going in the other direction...
