Prop 1 would provide an ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO AN ABORTION in CA constitution UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING HIDEOUS PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION, which sucks out a baby’s brain, before delivering the dead baby. Most people aren’t absolutists on the subject, but support early abortions, but MOST VOTERS DO NO SUPPORT LATE TERM ABORTIONS. This proposition would PROHIBIT ANY distinctions. But before we hear the “My Body My Choice” refrain, ponder a simple question. Does YOUR choice stop YOUR heart from beating, or suck YOUR brains from YOUR skull? If the answer is no, maybe there’s somebody else whose body is affected. Remember, a baby has a distinct DNA which is different than either parents, a different, original BEING created by the miracle of conception.
Additionally, many conservative legal experts, have interpreted this amendment to give authority, w/o impunity, to murder a born infant up to 28 days AFTER BIRTH. That is, INFANTICIDE (ie, the crime of killing a child after birth)! [quote/]

There's going to be a major earthquake in California sooner than later. That should do the trick in resetting the state to its former glory ;)
 
But how do you explain a Miscarriage (or dead fetus) at any stage? Is it Nature doing the best it can with the DNA (non-viable errors in the code..), if not, it must be that God fucked up again.
