Cam came with a password?

I bought one of these a few months back from andys Amazon store
Duhua IPC-T5241H-AS-PV 2MP 3.6mm FocalIts actually branded loryta
it appears to already have a password. I cant get in to set it up.
I have 7 other cams ive finally gotten enough of a clue on how to do this...lol.
This one i inputmy country, and it goes to the login screen, not the create a password
i tried admin:admin
admin:blank
I reached out to Andy, but havent heard back.
Im sure there is a work around, just unsure what that would be as i didnt get to give it an email or anything

You just need to factory reset it.

Hold the reset button in for 20 seconds or so until you hear the IR filter click and then let go.

Reset button should be under the door for the SD card.
After a successful reset, it should come back "up" with a static IP of 192.168.1.108

no luck, same thing. i type in my country qnd it goes to the login pqge, not the rest of initializing it
so i know its seeing it, it just isnt happy...lolI tried it for 20 seconds, a minute, plugged in not plugged in

OK you need the super duper reset LOL.

Unplug power
push and hold in reset
Provide power while reset held
Hold reset in for 2 minutes
Release reset button.

If it does it again, then try it in Edge

Didnt work
use Firefox
Worked fine
also had to use firefox for an amcrest i have
