Camera Change or Upgrade Causing BI to crash??

Hi Everyone,

I swapped out my camera last night from a Foscam 9800 to a 9900. I was then asked to upgrade to the latest firmware. Now if I try to play back the video on the 9900 it crashes BI. I used everything the same didn't even change the IP or username. The only thing I tried was RTSP but changed it back.

I have 6 other camera's all working 100% no issues only this one. I also tried it from the web and it crashes the web interface and on the IOS app and it says Cannot open video.

What can I try? Is there a way of rolling back to a previous version?

Send it back.. avoid foscam like the plague... there are much better options..
