Hello
My dahua ipcam changes one hour earlier itself. For example I'm using Sync time with PC and save settings, but 1-2 days later time is wrong again with one hour earlier. I'm not using NTP. Please share some good NTP server that matches time in Poland.

I seen this behavior if computer you use to log in it is on different timezone from CCTV, even if the CCTV it is set on specific NTP server and not to sync with computer.
If camera can access DNS server and internet try:
pl.pool.ntp.org
0.pl.pool.ntp.org
1.pl.pool.ntp.org
2.pl.pool.ntp.org
3.pl.pool.ntp.org

@locarno , I had major problems with ntp.org... timezones changed 2-3 a month.

Since I use "ntp1.t-online.de" from Germany, I had no more problems.

Setup NTP in Windows on your Blue Iris machine, and set the cameras to all get time from it. Then set your Blue Iris machine to whatever NTP servers you want, its probably already set to time.microsoft.com and I assume has always worked fine anyway

Then you have a local NTP server that should always be correct
