I have hikvision NVR, on my network is DHCP. NVR gets right dhcp from router, but cameras get bad. And I cant configure them.
How to solved this?

Turn off DHCP in the network settings of the cameras and allocate each of them a fixed ip. Configuration>Advanced Configuration>Network>TCP/IP is the menu you are after.

use sadp to change the i.p
you may have to connect cams directly to you network rather than poe ports on nvr

Are the cameras on PoE ports on the NVR?
What are the IP addresses of the cameras, in what way are they 'bad'?
Are the cameras connecting OK to the NVR, showing video and recording OK?

Some more info would allow better responses.
