Camera connection issues at power source

Hello guys,

So I had 4 cameras down after a rain storm(outdoor hikvision system)

1 camera- burnt out at rj45 jack in back of bullet camera- replaced jack and fixed

1 camera- no visible damage but replaced camera and all good

2- rj45 keystone jacks replaced and fixed issues

At the end of all this I end up with a new camera out! This camera is on the same pole as another I fixed. There is 2 cameras to a pole. I assume I pinched a wire while fixed the other camera, so i changed the rj45 and the rj45 keystone. Neither fixed my issue. If I switch the plugins both camera up top are working so it has to be an issue at the bottom.

Any ideas? I’m self taught but I’m about to lose it!

Hi guys, I attached a few pics. It seems pretty sealed but the seal is a little hard so I’m thinking I’ll replace those. That’s a good idea. I fixed the issue thankfully! What I did was put a new rj45 and a new keystone once again. I’m thinking maybe one of the wires got knicked or crossed possibly even though I checked it pretty well.
