camera image control issue

I have an old DS-2CD2032 camera that I have added to my NVR. When accessing the camera to change the image settings, I'm not getting any response when going through a web browser. Making changes to the settings yields no results. I've tried using different browsers.

I can go through the NVR and successfully make image settings changes, but the options are limited compared to those using the browser, i.e. no access to WDR, exposure time, etc.

There are 6 other cameras on this NVR and there is no issue in accessing and making image adjustments with these with the web browser.

Any ideas??

If you have access to Internet Explorer try that. Even plugins that emulate IE in modern, chrome based, browsers have problems with older cameras. IE is still available in Win10 simply by typing "explorer" into the search bar/box.

Well thank you. IE 10 with the right plugin did work.

I had tried IE a little while ago but apparently had not installed the plugin.
