The problem is, I have two of these Dahua IPC-HFW4300S, purchased from Amazon and different stores and one looks great and one looks horrible. The one that looks good does the proper frame rates and the image is clear. The one that looks horrible will only do 15FPS (according to BI) and the IR image looks like it has the gamma turned all the way up. I am trying to find firmware for it, but since it is a Dahua, not much luck.

Cameras are side by side. Also, when in light the bad one is not as clear.
I have tried changing all the settings within the cameras, to match and no change. in fact nothing much changes the image on the bad one. Any ideas? I can't return it since it is past the time frame. I didn't know it was bad till I put it side by side with a good one.
