Camera IP PTZ 8MP 10X Zoom Model NZR10X-A80S12Y - Preset List - Firmware and issues

Hi folks I just purchased this Camera IP PTZ 8MP 10X Zoom Model NZR10X-A80S12Y and I'm wondering if somebody have:
1. The full real preset list for it (not the ones in the manual that are not a few and not well explained);
2. The latest firmware.

If you have the firmware update or preset list, please post a link to the source or the preset list here, also if you found also some issues in yours with the same model. Thanks. If I find something else I'll share here too.

Issues:
I have found few issues such as:
1: when getting back to a preset point, it is not getting back to the set zoom position;
2: or going to a new preset with a different zoom, the zoom X position isn't called back as set;

This module is by Anjvision. The attached xls file is in chinese, just translate it using excel. Your firmware newer than the one I have.

Hi msecure, thanks a lot for your help and file. unfortunately these presets do not work on my model NZR10X-A80S12Y Firmware Version: MC800S_AF_V3-A_STARC-H5 V3.2.2.4 build 2023-04-11 09:10:14. Anyway, I appreciated your try. I'll post the xls that I'll finding the presets for my model at the 1st post.
For those that need the file above provided by msecure/Anjvision already translated in English, here is the translation I did with Google spreadsheet and formula =GOOGLETRANSLATE(cell#; "auto"; "en") .
