Camera is making a low pitch stuttering noise/shake when I connect to power.

Attempting to get my camera up and running without an NVR. When I plug my camera into POE+, it starts making a very unique noise.

It's a speed dome camera, SD59225U-HNI. The camera slightly shakes at a pretty fast rate, not extremely loud, but noticeable. Any ideas? =(

Try plugging it in with the power brick or a different cable. Might be a low voltage issue.
