Camera is no longer downloading MP4 format

My camera has gone from downloading clips in MP4 format to DAV and I can't figure out how to fix this. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be highly appreciated.

You should be able to download videos in MP4 and Dav formats if you use good old IE browser to log into camera instead of using other browser like Edge or Firefox.

I'm using IE.

Are you sure it is IE and it didn't do the switcheroo to Edge. Microsoft is sneaky like that.
