I have 2 of these: DS-2CD2032-1 IP True Day Night 3MP IR, and 1 of these DS-2CD2042WD-I WDR 4 mm IR Outdoor Mini Bullet IP camera.
In the app hik-connect, when I am away from home the DS-2CD2042WD-I WDR is hown as offline, while the other 2 cameras are fine. When I get back home all the cameras are online. So why is it that the 2042 camera goes off line in the app.
