Guys,
With your help i've chosen set-up for basic parking monitoring, thank you for all your advices.
Now it am trying to set-up remote access.
Since i don't have NVR (the cams write to SD) i've changed the ports of one the camera's.
After i did that the camera keep showing and disappearing from SADP tool. Can't connect to camera neither locally nor remotely, can't change ports back to 80/8000 either - says modification failed ID:001
Camera#2 works both locally and remotely.
Here are the settings: http://dropproxy.com/f/C34

What am i doing wrong?

Do you get a page cannot be displayed or "unable to connect" when accessing from the browser? If unable to connect, it means the camera is online and detected, ensure you are putting :81 after the address, since the working cam is port 80, you dont have to enter any ports followed by the cams address as it is a browsers default, not the case for other http port numbers used.

Just throwing it out there not sure if thats exactly the problem.

I had this trouble with a 4mp turret when I was first trying to set it up, turns out it didn't like the particular port number I was trying to change to. I ended up having to manually reset the camera with the reset button. Once I changed to a different port number than the one I had been trying to use it started working ok. Let us know if you have trouble manually resetting, I had to work some to get mine to reset.

Guess that the only option. Just tried pressing and holding the button at the back- nothing. Don't see it in manual - what are the steps for manual reset?

Thanks guys! Worked. Reseted. Changed ports to 8003 and 83 and it works.
For some reason it didn't like 8001/81 combo.
