camera list is empty

Using UI3 at the office, I'm getting "camera list is empty" and "... session is expired" that then does not allow me to see much of anything. I suspect my office has tweaked the proxy server recently as it works normally through a VPN. Is there a UI3 setting that would allow loading the page through an over-acting proxy?

Don't discount an update to the office Antivirus/Firewall. I bashed my head many times to 'over-acting' McAfee enterprise. Tried updating to 4.7.7.0? Keep us posted.
