Hello

After I tried to change the firmware Chinese to english of my hikvision camera DS-2CD2732-FIS , I have a real problem.
No way to get my camera back via SADP.
I have reset the camera but nothing changed.
My POE light on the switch does not blink normal.
When I rebooted the camera in TELNET, there was an abnormal end.

Is there anyone who can help me?

sounds like your camera is a brick now.. Chinese Hikvision cameras wont take english firmware without modification first, I have no idea how or if you can recover your camera.. sorry.
 
You cannot install an english language firmware on a Chinese language camera without either modifying the firmware or the camera first.. Hikvision cameras are region locked and only take the same language firmware they came with.

To change the language requires a bit of hacking, it is possible but must be done with great care.. anytime you change firmware you need to be weary, if it fails the camera is bricked.

I think its possible to "unbrick" in most cases by setting up a network to tftpboot a recovery firmware off the network.. search the forums and you might find it, its not a simple process.
