I have a HIKVISION PTZ camera connected to a wireless access point through LAN cable. Wireless access point is connected to a 4G LTE service. I have been using this arrangement for past two years. Earlier i was using hik online for remote access but since past 6 month i have migrated to hik connect and it was working fine until two week back when my camera started to appear offline. I have try to figure out the reason for this but every thing seems to be as it was before. Also i performed all the checks mentioned on hik connect troubleshooting guide. The only way to trouble shoot the problem is by either rebooting the camera or by removing and re-plugging the LAN cable into wire access point. These actions always resolve this issue but only for few minutes after which it goes offline again.
