Camera system over hay press

Hey everyone. I have been tasked with installing a camera system over a hay press in a building. The most important areas are over the work stations of the press but they would also like a general view of the entire area. A huge problem I see is going to be the hay dust this machine creates and it covering up the lenses of the cameras. Are there any good anti-dust lenses out now?

I have talked to the manager and they have a crew that cleans out the press and the building once a week and he said he would add to their duties to clean the cameras, but I think it may still be a problem. If you look at the walls and ceiling beams you can see the hay dust that I speak of. This is the amount with about 4 days running after a cleaning.

They want a camera to view the loading doors and possibly one at each other door.

I am going to need to figure out how to mount the cameras as I am not sure that the ceiling beams can be drilled into for mounting.
Also, can you guys help with placement of the cameras?

The building is approx 100ft x 300ft in size. (I will confirm this soon)

As far as mounting to the ceiling beams... unistrut is the answer. They make all the products you would ever need.

As far as the cameras go, that's all I can help with.

I forgot to mention that the Blue Iris server will be across the property at the main office and these will stream via a fiber connection to there, which will also have approx 3-6 cameras at that location.

I would use turrets. They shouldn't hold dust on the lenses. I would also use a uni-strut to clamp onto the roof beams. Use a piece of strut underneath the beam and two clamps at each end to sit on top of the lip on the beam. Then mount a pendant mount to the uni-strut. This will allow you to drop the cameras down as far as you want. If you aren't worried about ascetics, you can use a 2x4 on the bottom and two small pieces of 2x4 on top to clamp on the beam. Then screw your junction box or pendant mount to the bottom 2x4. Option 3 may be to find the 8x8x4 grey pvc boxes with the mounting ears on them. you could use a similar system to clamp the box to the roof beam.
