Camera View Not Loading on IVMS 4200

I'm having a problem. I can't open the camera view on the IVMS 4200 software. It simply doesn't load and doesn't show any available devices. This started happening when I bought a new computer. On my old one, it worked without any issues.
Does anyone know what's going on?

Reinstall ivms4200 with admin rights, install redistributables, and then run ivms4200 with admin rights

If issue persists you need to replace a Multimedia File within its File System to fix issue

You will open your file explorer.
You will copy the MultimediaComm.dll file from one directory and then pasting and overwriting the MultimediaComm.dll file to another directory.

Copy the MultimediaComm.dll file from the path below
C:\Program Files (x86)\iVMS-4200 Site\iVMS-4200 Client\Client\RunInWin32

Paste the MultimediaComm.dll file to the path below, overwriting the current MultmediaComm.dll in the directory.
C:\Program Files (x86)\iVMS-4200 Site\iVMS-4200 Client\Client
